Agenda Module – Integrated Scheduling System
Within Ingenes’ comprehensive internal platform, I developed the Agenda Module—an advanced scheduling system designed to manage and streamline medical appointments across all branches.
This module allows staff to search, view, create, modify, and delete appointments based on each doctor’s availability. It also includes a robust configuration panel, empowering users to set custom rules, availability slots, and operational constraints tailored to each branch or professional.
Deeply integrated with the Contacts Module and other core components of the system, the Agenda Module ensures synchronized data across patients, doctors, and appointments. It was built to be scalable and intuitive, supporting both administrative efficiency and a smoother patient journey through smart, connected UX design.
