Agenda Widget – UX Redesign for Appointment Optimization
At Ingenes, I led the UX redesign of their existing agenda widget, with the goal of enhancing daily appointment rates and optimizing underutilized time slots.
Through user-centered design and Design Thinking methodologies, I conducted UX research and usability testing sessions with real users to identify pain points and improve the overall scheduling experience. I collaborated closely with the development team and key stakeholders, including managers and marketing leads, to ensure that every change aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.
The result was a more intuitive, data-informed scheduling system that not only improved user experience but also supported strategic marketing efforts to drive appointment bookings during low-traffic hours.
