Contacts Module – Centralized Customer Information System
As part of a larger effort to build an integrated platform for Ingenes, I developed the Contacts Module—a centralized hub designed to manage all client-related information within the system.
This module serves as the main access point for staff (including doctors, nurses, and sales representatives) to view and edit customer profiles, whether they were onboarded via the website or through the call center. Users can search, filter, and manage contact data, add or update couple information post-creation, and register important touchpoints such as “givings” and additional records.
The goal was to create a robust, user-friendly interface that bridges different sources of data while maintaining flexibility for administrative tasks. I focused on clarity, accessibility, and scalability—ensuring that every interaction supports both staff efficiency and a more personalized patient experience.
